Here's the sign...the property is near Lake Maitland, Park Avenue (a nice shopping area), Rollins College (http://www.rollins.edu) and University of Central Florida (http://www.ucf.edu). Of course, Winter Park is in the heart of Orlando, the happiest place on earth. Disney is a convenient 45 minutes away. Close enough for fun times but far enough to go unnoticed indefinitely, unless you want to be there.
